So, after 38 votes, only Knockaert, March and Stephens are 100%

15 yes, had to be harsh and murder some darlings (Goldson, Bong, Baldock, Murphy) and others never stood a chance - KLL, Norwood, Ince, and Towell.

Harsh but fair I feel. Some due to lack of experience but may eventually make the grade, just not this year and others because they never will be good enough.

Only 16 players have over 50% by the time of this post. That means about half of us think we're 9 players short!

pascal Gross 94 votes lol

all based on youtube

Well I included him, and have never seen a youtube video of him playing. I based my vote on the STATS - on the fact that he was ranked #1 for chances created in the entire Bundesliga last season, despite playing in a poor side.

Who do you think has what it takes?

(Hold your horses - multi-choice poll en route)

Can you put that poll in an excel spreadsheet (every so often) in order of highest to lowest percent, so i stop getting blurry eyes trying to work out the top 11!!

Please.

This was a strange one to be included I thought, but I voted for him on the basis of his stats last season in a struggling side. It's all conjecture anyway.

What I want to know is who HASN'T voted for Knockaert, Dunk & Stephens.

If those 3 aren't going to cut it then we're seriously up shit creek.

Agree, but suspect there's a few uncorrectable errors in there (i.e. someone forgot to tick -- rather than didn't tick -- Dunk).

Just 9 for me, and that was being a bit generous with Murray and Sidwell who are arguably past it in Premier League terms.

.

I didn't vote for Stephens. Think he will be seriously found out in the Premier League against stronger more physical midfielders.

I have 17 players and thought I was being generous, could push it to 18 or 19 as I excluded Skalak and Murphy but that leaves another 7 or 8 players needed.

I ticked 15, but in retrospect, I'm being a little harsh and would include (the previously excluded) Maenpaa and Bong.
That said, I do think we need to make six or seven more signings, all of which improve our squad, which would enable certain players (Skalak, Hemed) to be sold elsewhere (thereby generating some money for two more quality signings in January).
