What do you propose to do?
As far as I can tell (unless you're going to tell us the driver has since burgled your house) he's committed no criminal offences. Nor even a civil one of trespass, I'd have thought.

Make sure you remember the car. One day you will discover the car out or find the address details then serve the revenge nice and cold
My colleagues did that our private work car park. Then the aggressive illegal parker turned up when no one was there, and simply bumped our car out of the way, presumably with mates.
Probably finding your car keyed. Not recommended if you like your car.
If not with mates, they would be glad they didn't meet him.
