we wont spend 20 million on a centre midfielder. I could see us stretching to 16 but after that I just don't see it.

Other targets will be moved too in my opinion, we will see.

he appears to have agreed wages, however no agreement re transfer fee.... still all can change here..yesterday he was definitely not staying in Germany..

I suspect you're probably right, but he has said he wants to play in the PL. So it's PL vs CL, and the latter's more likely to swing it.

Actually, I edited my post as the tweet was misleading, it implied he was having a medical but the link was about several players, one of which, a defender, was having the medical.
