I didn't say Le Tissier was crap I said he was slow late in his career when I watched him live. He was indeed a great player who for 95%+ of his career I'd have loved to have on my team then or now. What I did say is that Seb is the only player I remember seeing who was slower and less mobile. I would also say that the game is a bit different these days than in the early 90's (but yes would still take Le Tissier). We are talking though about in 2017 taking the CRAP AND SLOW Seb Larsson. The 2 factors together mean I'd not rush to take him given what we have already and what we should be able to realistically attract. He might suit some teams but my opinion is I don't think he fits us.
