Sorry if I have got this wrong but that source is reporting 'today' that a third Albion bid of £10m has been turned down.
No idea, just interesting that this story would seem to have a history.
I'm probably overthinking it, but maybe there a form of brinkmanship going on between this deal and the one in Zurich.

I would suggest Niasse on loan, arriving soon, Hemed out, then third choice keeper and utility defender. So, the only key one is to get Niasse in, and hope Dwamena gets clearance.

Whereas Hull fans thought highly of him last year. Koeman obviously thinks he's shit and he's been treated very badly at that club. But Everton fans have only seen him play 5 times in the PL and that was in the 15/16 season! Hardly a barometer of quality. It's a bit like people on NSC saying Ryan is shit after only two league games and a preseason howler.
