These are the dates for Champions' League football (Europa League played on the Thursday of the same week) and the fixtures we have immediately before and after. A few could be moved for this alone, indicated in bold. Arsenal almost certainly will be moved, for example, as they'll be playing on Thursday 28th September, 2 days before our fixture is scheduled:

9/9 - WBA (h)
12–13/09/17: Group stage, matchday one
16/9 - Bournemouth (a)

23/9 - Newcastle (h)
26–27/09/17: Group stage, matchday two
30/9 - Arsenal (a)

14/10 - Everton (h)
17–18/10/17: Group stage, matchday three
21/10 - West Ham (a)

28/10 - Southampton (h)
31/10/17–01/11/17: Group stage, matchday four
4/11 - Swansea (a)

18/11 - Stoke (h)
21–22/11/17: Group stage, matchday five
25/11 - Man Utd (a)

02/12 - Liverpool (h)
05–06/12/17: Group stage, matchday six
09/12 - Huddersfield (a)

United and Liverpool are in the CL, so will play Tues or Weds. Those games unlikely to move from Sat.

Second half of the season below. Based on what others have said above, the Everton away game would have to be moved if Everton have progressed that far in the Europa League:

10/02 - Stoke (a)
13–14/02/18: Round of 16, first leg
17/02 - no fixture
20–21/02/18: Round of 16, first leg
24/02 - Swansea (h)

03/03 - Arsenal (h)
06–07/03/18: Round of 16, second leg
10/03 - Everton (a)
13–14/03/18: Round of 16, second leg
17/03 - Man City (a)

31/03 - Leicester (h)
03–04/04/18: Quarter-finals, first leg
07/04 - Huddersfield (h)
10–11/04/18: Quarter-finals, second leg
14/04 - Palace (a)
24–25/04/18: Semi-finals, first leg

28/04 - Burnley (a)
01–02/05/18: Semi-finals, second leg
05/05 - Man Utd (h)

Bugger! Arsenal away is a definite, so it looks like I have a spare ticket for the NFL game on the Sunday then.

Would they let it clash with a sell-out at Wembley for an NFL game, which can't be moved. Would that mean they try to switch it to the Monday?

Bear in mind when looking at these that Sky tend to have a Monday night match every time it's a Champions League week. And they often use those Monday nights to get rid of what they would consider the less glamorous clubs (yes, that's us folks!).

The Everton home fixture will be safe because of Europa League. The Newcastle and Southampton games, however, appear an attractive proposition for the Monday night - although that's without looking at the other games available on those weekends.

With heightened security its possible the police would insist the game isn't on the Sunday to avoid a clash, although is the Emirates every that full anymore
