I received an email from the club yesterday, quoting the transition from SP to STV has happened, and I can keep using my previous login information and membership will roll over (my SP subscription was up for renewal in August).
I only use Firefox, with no issues
With Google Chrome, I find you have to keep clearing cache etc

I had the redirected to Brentford issue. Emailed them and it's now sorted. Also was unable to get the match tonight when I first logged on. Person on live chat gave me link and it worked straight away. I think use of the live chat looks a good option. I think they're going to be quite busy though. It seems very much like a work in progress.

I emailed ifollow@efl.com at 1705 saying that the match wouldn't show, that I could only get occasional pictures that constantly froze. They thanked me very much for my email and said they would get back to me 'shortly'. At 0110 they emailed to say, 'try turning it off and on again'! I'm now 18 minutes into the match. Could everyone avoid mentioning the score until Tuesday week please - I paid my money and I AM going to watch it!
