We are now into mid 1982, and there is a real mix in the next bunch.

Remember you can vote for up to three songs, and the top two go through to the next round.

Come on Eileen was a great track till it was hijacked by drunken wedding parties.

I loved Fame as a nipper. I youtubed it to refresh my memory and...

I learnt that the woman who sang it also sang What a Feeling. Two of the great theme songs of the 80's, which got me thinking...someone should do a greatest theme songs world cup.:rave:

Depends what we; are being asked to vote on.

If it is 'which is the BEST 80's no.1' this list holds slim pickings.

If it is 'which is THE 'most' 80's of 80's No.1's' then Come on Eileen pisses it.

It was Buzzer

What a miserable choice here , can't wait for Buzzer to come along and vote for some German banging a dustbin lid claiming it was a No.1 in Dresden at this time

Now you're getting a little bit stalker-ish and all because Bozza put your nose out of joint with your risible attempts at trolling me. I suppose I should be flattered.

Not such a strong list, but being a darts fan it has to be Eye Of The Tiger.

Eye of the tiger just seems to represent a Rocky film for me..and as the competition is about 80's no 1's then Dexy's Midnight Runners is so much more iconic 80's....a clear winner!
