It's unlikely to have been a very large balloon if people outside the arena heard it. Network rail is suggesting the train line has been blocked, sounds horrific

News talk that the 'explosion' may have set off panic amongst crowd. Some concert goers reporting that they were temporarily crushed by crowds of people running.
