Without trying to sound stereotypical, Asian players haven't had a tendency to shine in the Premier League. Even Ji Sung Park was a squad player, never really happened for Kagawa, the lad up the road at Palace hasn't turned up any trees, and Ki Sung Yung at Swansea has been average. Hopefully he is the exception if it happens with regards to playing ability; however I do have to agree on the above point that it is brilliant marketing for the club to dip into Asian fanbase.

Maybe something to do though with the quality of the league they play in.... can only compare like for like by sticking Murphy/Skalak in the Budesliga or Haraguchi in the Championship
Someone mentioned on the scouting thread that CH was spotted at the Club Brugge vs Gent match,
Would make more sense that Vossen...
Heung-Min Son?
Son Heung-Min at Spurs has been a stand out performer this year. Joined from Germany also.
good shout Bozza I had forgotten about him. He did cost over 20m, however.
I think Son Heung-min may have something to say about that, 21 goals in 46 appearances this season for Spurs.

We are going intro reputedly the best league in the world so he would need to be fairly good. The only Asian doing any good in the Premier is the one at Spurs but our recruitment team will know more than us that post on here. Oh I am sorry I forgot many play Championship Manager or whatever its called so they know better.
We need to beat Huddersfield to all the best signings from Germany while they still don't know which league they will be in.

Ah that makes sense. I saw a tweet saying he wasn't going to renew his contract and assumed it to expire at the end of the season.

Accoarding to Whoscored he's only played 1 game as an out and out striker this season with the rest of his appearances being split between the left and ring flank. Seems like he's pretty fast and can beat a man. Wouldn't be a bad option to have on the bench IMO.

90 appearances in the last 3 seasons for a side that finished 6th in the Bundesliga... has to have something about him. I'm sold on this one, lets get it done we need another winger in my opinion.
