I think we may have quite a bit of championship interest in Hemed. 2 decent seasons in the championship will see us being able to get 5-7 million if we chose to.

How are we getting all of this money for Bong when he is out of contract? Are we getting him to sign a new contract and then sell him?

I think people may be surprised/disappointed:

COG will go as his contract is up.
Manu will go on loan for his final season as it's hard to see anyone buying him.
Ankergren will retire from playing
LuaLua will go to QPR for around £500K plus add-ons
Sidwell Maenpaa, Bong,Baldock and Rosenior will get new short term deals
Stockdale will eventually sign a new deal.
Skalak Hemed, Bruno and Norwood, will stay
Hunt, Ince and Towell will go out on loan

Summary. Not a lot of movement

I would cash in on Hemed, Baldock, Norwood, Skalak, Lua Lua and use the freed up wages/transfer money to bring in a couple of top quality players - a Striker and Left Back

I wouldn't put any up for sale except the ones who won't even get near the match day squad.

It's purely a psychological thing. They just don't get many games. Other teams notice it and they make the first move to sign them as opposed to us putting them up for sale. That way we could potentially hold out for a larger fee.

You might and it's a fair opinion.
I don't think Hughton will.

Agreed........although may sell Ince - don't see him making a PL squad.

In this situation wouldn't we only have two strikers (Murray + new striker) and three Central Midfielders (Stephens, Sidwell, Kayal)? And that's assuming Sidwell does sign a new contract.

This question is the very essence of what makes a good manager. The stock of Hemed in particular - but also Norwood and Skalak - is relatively high because of our promotion season, but based on what I've seen it's quite possible all three will struggle in the Prem. You could looking at £12-14mill of players there that might contribute nothing next season, and with that money plus the kitty we have you could bring in a top striker like Jermain Defoe or Wilfred Bony

On the other hand Bournemouth started with players I didn't think were up to Prem football and Eddie Howe got them to up their game.
