I don't think so. He would have carried on playing if a screening hadn't picked up the problem, so now the surgery has been a success there's nothing to stop him.

If their still questions over Goldson and his fitness next season then getting Tomori on loan would make much more sense than having someone like Tommy Elphick taking up a spot in the 25 man squad.
