I've never thought that Two Yearsold was looney. looney is obviously on the wind up constantly whereas Two Braincells is just unbelievably stupid.

As for this new (or made up) moron, who knows and who cares. The only thing that his posts "prove" are that he's got the IQ of a rotting cabbage that's been festering in a piss filled gutter for six months, and the debating skills of Priti Patel or brighton fella.......where's he gone?

That bill will push the US into recession as workers pay more income taxes plus many paid property taxes early to cash on on bigger deductions on our taxes.
