The most true line I ever heard on that country was attributed to a Taliban commander who said 'You [foreign invaders] have the clocks, But we [the Taliban] have the time.'

Afghanistan is an invader's graveyard. History proves that. Ridiculous to pretend otherwise. And throwing more bodies at the thing will sadly just result in more body bags.

Most odd, the bloke was a shocking actor, he had actor written right across his face.
Had i just lost my daughter I wouldn't be able to contain myself never mind raise a smile of any sort..
