This will be our first game this season and although I've been many times to the Amex It will clearly be very busy. We're coming down from Liverpool and going back the same day by train. The last sensible train leaving from Brighton station is at 6.35pm. We don't want to rush off as (or before) the game ends, but we can't afford to miss that train.

What time do we need to be in the Falmer train queue to Brighton to be safe? Are any problems expected with the trains?

Southern have confirmed we will be running a full match day service on Monday.

We normally clear Falmer station within an hour of the final whistle, however being bank holiday some may choose to stay after this match, not to mention other reasons, but our advice would be to leave as soon as possible after the final whistle to get to Brighton station in good time to guarantee your connection.
