I travel to Manchester quite a lot and the "vote pies" on the M6 always makes me feel better that I haven't far to go!
Albion related, I liked the "Palace turn back or die" visible to all sitting on a Brighton bound train at Burgess Hill c1985

Not really football related, except I used to see it en route to the Goldstone on match days, but for years there used to a huge "message" on one of the concrete pillars of the Shoreham fly-over. It simply stated : DORIS SUCKS.

I've been using this on my Facebook page for a little while as the years tie in for me
One other bit of graffiti I remember was on a fence in Old Shoreham Road, it was between Hove Park and Hove Rec, this was in the late 70s. It was in fairly large spray paint and said " You fat c... Mullery "

Just seen that this has popped up on the seafront this morning where the Terraces restaurant used to be. Nice attempt to be topical, but the stripes are wrong!
Those "stripes" are hoops.
Was that the same fence that had '[can't remember the name of the politician] the blood of Lebanon is on your hands...' for years? - the one on the left as you went up the hill just after the Goldstone.

"smasH block" (sic) was on the wall of the railway bridge in Hollingdean Rd years before we moved into Withdean
I can only remember the Mullery graffiti.
The fence was on the left up the hill from The Goldstone though, i think it was one of the last properties before Hove Rec.
