She's TRYING to send us back to "Miss Marple Britain" with Brexit, she's obviously annoyed that removing the word "Easter" from NT literature is undermining all her good work.

It hasn't been. Both Cadbury's and the NT both mention Easter.

A storm in an eggcup.

They're just keeping the 'Kippers voters outraged enough to vote for them. Transparently embarrassing. If only we had an opposition that could pick them up on it.

Founder of the Cadbury chocolate empire, John Cadbury, was a Quaker and, as such, didn't celebrate Easter.

He set up his company in Birmingham and, today of all days, we should be very wary of him.

The 'Easter' Egg Hunt debate.

Where do we all stand on this HUGE issue of Cadburys and the National Trust dropping the word Easter from the Egg Hunt?

Is it all a fuss over nothing?
Are we a multi-cultural society and therefore Christianity is just another religion?
Should we accept that we are still a predominantly Christian country and not be ashamed of our traditions/faith?

TBF it still says 'Join us over the EASTER holidays, for the...'

Exactly. More fuss over nothing.

The most annoying thing is that the argument is put forward by secularists. Very telling.

May has found time to say that she is FURIOUS with the National Trust for removing the word 'Easter' from their now titled 'Great British Egg Hunt'

She's not the only one who is furious! How DARE the National Trust desecrate the good name of John Cadbury who, lest we forget, died for our sins on 11 May 1889.

As the word Easter appears in the sentence telling people when the egg hunt is taking place, it negates the need for the word to also appear before the word "Egg".

It's outrageous that the National Trust are allowing hunting on their land if you ask me.

Exactly. More fuss over nothing.

The most annoying thing is that the argument is put forward by secularists. Very telling.

Its more about the hypocrisy of Theresa May going on about being a Christian and at the same time cosying up to brutal child bombing regimes abroad and cutting tax credits for those in need at home.

And the fact she took time out to make this statement about a complete NON issue when their are one or two other pressing matters.

Well sorry Teresa, if you weren't off doing arms deals with the Saudis, you might be able to spend more time practicing your Christian values and stop cuts to tax credits that will plunge thousands of British families into poverty.
Yep, let's not do arms deals, let's have more cuts!

I agree that the name 'Cadbury's Easter Egg Hunt' needed shortening. Personally, I would have gone even further and renamed it 'The C'Hunt'
