    Are you jacques delors?
I don't think you have to be Delors to think that? If I was given the option of being an EU citizen OR a British citizen, I'd probably choose the EU. Why not? The problem with the Brexit decision is that while it's a democratic result, we could be even MORE democratic. We could let each individual choose which political entity they want to belong to - which set of taxes and laws they choose to live with. Whether that's the EU, the UK, England, Scotland...

The idea of a 'nation' doesn't seem to work in the same way for everyone any more. If it ever did.
    Not this again.

Only if you are a socialist/communist..... otherwise a nation is exactly what plenty of people want.

If by leaving the UK puts an end to their constant dribbling then yes i wish they would hurry up and go.. and fast.!!!!
The Krankies lookalike is turning the SNP in to a laughing stock, proper SNP want nothing to do with the EU, it goes completely against the grain of what the party stands for.
Truth be known, what is being presented on the table has nothing to do with Scottish independence and more to do with their hatred towards the English, if independence was a key issue of theirs then why are they wishing to join ranks with a failing EU ?
The SNP stand guilty of generating hate towards the English. had this of been the work of UKIP the anti racist activists would have been out in force by now. .

That old chestnut. Yes I chose to live here because I was born and bred here, doesn't mean I have to think everything is lovely and smells of roses.
No, but you do have to live in a democracy which may well involve a Tory government.

It's a bit rich to be talking about democracy when everyone seems to be so keen on denying them chance to vote on it. You can't have it both ways.

But they did vote, and they voted to stay.
