If the worse happens and it is true obviously Hunemier will step in but has anybody seen Dallision, White or Hall play and could one of them step up to the squad as cover or would we have to rely on Bruno or Tomori to play there?

Tomori's main position is centre back.

Tomori is a CB apparently ?

That is rather surprising as he seems to be weajk ibn the air for a CB.

Used to playing in 3-5-2 apparently... that's what people were saying Tuesday after saying he was out of position at LB...

That is rather surprising as he seems to be rather weak in the air for a CB when he has played at full back.

Actually he got up very well a few times on Tuesday and won several headers. I was surprised at the time and remember remarking on it.

Obviously I missed that as I didnt think that he won many headers but we shall see.

I saw it exactly as Easy 10 did, when he was playing in your specialist subject position (and especially in the second half). Speaking of which, I'm very keen to know when Bong and Pocognoli will be back, as our defensive situation is looking a tad troubling.

If true, it will be a massive blow, as he's been immense all season, and one of the key factors of our success. It's not ideal having to make do in the back four, but the German can do a decent job. What worries me is the lack of confidence in the squad. We seem to be lacking drive, energy and confidence, but hopefully a run of wins will bring that back. Our destiny is in our hands!

This is gutting but I believe Hunemeier can do well in this division when he gets up to speed. Only worrying issue is that it looks like Dunk will be missing 3 games at some point...

I don't use twitter nor do I know anything how it works but surely if someone on here can ask him outright on his feed then we'll know for sure

I know he's looked shaky this season but Hunemeier did well the first half of last season so will hopefully be an able deputy if we can get him fully fit.

If it is a broken foot but heals well, Duffy could be back for the last 3 or 4 games of the season (plus play-offs if it comes to it).

By "Broken Foot" are we talking a metatarsal? Two? Three? (Like I had once). If so, with no complications, could be back training within 4 weeks.

IF it's true, then it's just another hurdle to overcome. I fail to see why because of speculation some posters immediately jump to negative mode and basically just give up. While not ideal IF true, given that Goldson is out for the rest of the season, we do have options.

Uwe will come in, and I would expect that given an extended run in the team would soon get back to match sharpness and playing as he was last season before injury forced him to a lengthy spell on the side lines.

Also don;t forget that Rosenior can play centre half, and also Tomori has played as a left centre back in a back three. As if need be Bruno and shift across also.

Let's just worry about Tuesday night rather than giving up on promotion based on nothing other than sepculation

Well said

Uwe is left sided like Dunk. During Uwe's extended run last season he was, I believed at the time, better than Dunk. Dunk has come on enormously but it is looking as if his mind still goes when under pressure - not quite the red mist of old admittedly.

Wouldn't be so sure Duffy has been worth several points to us this season imo. I admire your optimism, mind.

The remaining fixtueres before Dunkl misses the last 3 if he can last that long are not difficult:

Leeds (a)
Blackburn
Birmingham
QPR (a)
Wolves (a)
Wigan

We should be able to get 10+ points from those games. That is of course assuming we get 6 points this week.
