Isn't there a cut off point for bookings anymore? Used to be in March sometime where bookings were wiped
Cut off for 10 bookings is after the Leeds game. Knockaert is on 7, so would need to get booked in 3 consecutive games. The next highest is 6 so no others can get a two match ban.

Dunk, on the other hand, has accumulated 12 and gets a 3 match ban if this gets to 15 by the end of the season (including play offs). It comes with the territory to get bookings when you're a defender, but half of his have been for descent. Brilliant defender, but for an experienced player who is handsomely paid, he could well be letting his team mates, employers and fans down at the sharp end of the season. Getting involved with the ref yesterday was beyond stupid, particularly as he was on the verge of being sent off - he needs to leave speaking to the ref to Bruno, Stockdale and other senior players that aren't walking a suspension tight rope.

Murray alongside Dunk if necessary. We all know Glenn defends rather well. Would still be a threat to the oppositions goal from set pieces. Hemed and Baldock up top. Make it happen Chris:ascarf:

CB order of preference

1 Dunk
2 Uwe
3 Tomori
4 Bruno- with Rosenior playing right back

Given that Bruno played CB for the first few games this season... We should be fine, no excuse.

Well no one said it was going to be easy. Hunemeier will do just fine, especially with a run of games. Dunk obviously needs to avoid yellows even more than ever now. I believe we have some good centre backs in the U23's.
Hunemeier will indeed be fine, and Rotherham is the perfect game for him to get up to speed again.

Hopefully Dunk will get to the international break without another yellow, and then there are just 8 games to go.

one would hope the club are scouring the internet to see available/out of contract central defenders.....and while they're at it give Berbatov a call !

This will break him in gently before Derby on Friday. With Duffy I would have bet on us beating Derby and him controlling Bent leaving Ince for others but not so sure without him.

Given Bent's level of mobility it perhaps isn't as big an issue as it might have been.

Bit worried about Leeds though.

No wonder Yeovil never tried to sign him.
