How are we losing our money today? (& tomorrow as off to Fontwell)

I was determined to save my money, but in an attempt to stop staring at the clock, I found myself on the Skybet site.


My customary Shane Duffy, first, last, anytime, klaxon has sounded with the added bonus of:-

A goal in each half @ 400/1 - get in

Bloody kids

I took the pre-teen Stat Club Jnrs to Fontwell, this afternoon.

Lil Miss Stat picks a 233/1 treble.
While Jnr weighs in with a 10/1 winner.

Between them they picked 4 winners of the 5 races they bet on.

The only saving grace was I gave them each £10 betting money and was able to recoup that £20 after 3 races!

You'll notice the lack of my winnings.

I've realised I've also been a little creative with the second hand gloat.

Miss Stat didn't actually do the treble, so her 3 x £2 wins on 2/1, 5/1 & 12/1 weren't quite so profitable.

I had my usual US to win to nil bet yesterday, and just for fun, US to win each half.
Got to do the same for Newcastle now

Had Knocky to score and us to win 3-0 at 18/1 [emoji736]
BTTS no (been a good bet this season) [emoji736]
Had money on Dunk and Duffy to score x

Had an accumulator let down by Millwall who drew 0-0 missing 2 penalties including one in 94th min. Gutting.

5 result accumulator in on Paddy Power yesterday. Chelsea, Everton, Brentford & Preston to win, Wigan v Forest draw. Had 5/5 at 80 mins and was offered £45 cash out. Didn't take it & Rotherham scored v Brentford. Then option disappeared. Brentford scored 2 in injury time to make it 4-2 and I was in. 5/5. £88.

I did those three in a losing trixie, but got my money back (plus a small profit) by also combining Bradford, Sporting Lisbon and Dortmund in another.
