The most curious thing..
Not surprising really considering Leicester are effectively all but out of Europe after last night, and in the Premier league they couldn't win a raffle and have been in free fall.

Such is modern football. Should we actually go up this season, how many on here will be howling for Hughton's head on a plate if we are staring relegation in the face?

Funny that as I was thinking last night against Seville after Vardy scored that it could have been the turning point of their season
In the 2nd half they looked like the Leicester of last season, very bizarre timing

How is a 2-1 loss in Seville 'all but out of Europe'?

That's a good result away in the CL.

1. They're 2-1 down with an away goal. 50% of the time, a team thats lost away 2-1 goes through. They still have every chance.

2. If we go up and struggle next season, only the complete and utter dickheads on here would be howling for Hughtons head.

Good enough. I think the board were probably hoping to get dicked and lose by a greater margin. The last thing they wanted CR to do was get them through to the next round.

Onwards and upwards for all concerned. Fair play to CR. What a season and what a story for all football fans everywhere (except Tottenham).

Some interesting reactions on this thread.

I'd be interested to know the feeling amongst the Albion faithful if were in Leicester's position. How many would have been calling for the manager's head at this point - 1%, 10%, 25%, 50% or more?

Just wait and watch. When McGhee, Adams Mk.2 and Wilkins were managers and we were near the bottom of whatever division it happened to be at the time, there was a "Manager Out" poll almost every week.

Also I can't see Leicester coming from behind :sheep:

I think winning the Premier League with Leicester was an amazing achievement. They played exciting football too.

It's not coincidental that their downward trajectory is after Kante left.

He was integral to how they played, and Ranieri hasn't been able to replace him.

There's a very good heated debate on the pros and cons of sacking Ranieri, from a couple of weeks ago.
As much as I don't agree with this decision Raphael Honigstein does make a strong case for the sacking.

https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...-claudio-ranieri-to-part-ways-football-weekly

They start on Leicester @ 34:30

Before that though there's a couple of choice palace snippets.
Beginning at 24:45

One of them being:-

Since April 2014 Sunderland have only won 3 games in London.
All against palace.

And for hans kraay fan club, the mention of Prince Charming in the changing room pops up at 27:20.
