Loft Conversion Help

Seen a number of similar request over years. So would appreciate any help from the good people of NSC. I'm looking for some recommendations for some companies/ builders chippies to carry out mainly the first fix on a loft conversion on my bungalow. First fix including gable end, dorma, floor joist, stair case & steels etc. Drawings done & permission has been granted.

Make sure you see the work of the builder you choose, and know that it's their standard work, not just what they did for the boss etc. Most (all) loft conversions I've seen have been poor quality, with many corners cut to save costs.
