I like yum yums.Similar shape and found in the same section of your supermarket bakery but moister.
Only problem with them is if I eat 1 then all 4 are gone very quickly.

M and s iced buns are particularly good. Usually have one at half time having been bought at Brighton Station.

Brighton factually.....
I am a massive fan of bread so should like these ice bun things, but just can't get my head round these northern inventions for folks with no imagination....

Northern household in Wigan.

"What's for dinner mum"

"Well we've got pie in bun"

"Fantastic, thanks mum"

"Finished mum, what's for pudding"

Mum goes to larder Rattle, crash, "oh feck" rattle, crash, "is that all I've got left oh genius"

"Nelson we've these special buns"

Do me a favour.....

In Sainos last night, vanilla doughnuts, a bag of five reduced to NINETEEN PENCE ! That's under a shilling each.

I'm with the OP. You cannot beat a proper iced bun from a proper baker*. Pricey but a league apart from supermarket ones.

*apart from perhaps Creakys'. They look gert lush.

Heads up, they're on offer in Waitrose at the moment, 2 for £1.25.
