Went to see Luton last night and the fans I spoke to were gutted to lose him. Their replacement (Reading under 21 keeper) was shocking last night.

Turned up with a few hours notice, kept a clean sheet, & an instant hero, apparently.

Tell you something. That lad is quality. You can just tell.
The way he had all the shots covered. His quick distribution. The way he lined up the wall.
He was in front of us in the first half. His positioning was spot on. He came off his line when he needed to.
Took that long high through ball in the second half as if he was plucking apples from a tree.
If I were PB, I'd talk seriously about getting him in on a season loan next season. Totally assured from start to finish.

Thought the kid from Brighton looked assured and despite only arriving yesterday showed good comms with the back four, and vocal at free kicks and arranging the wall. Distribution was also pretty good although not a lot of short balls out. Seemed more confident than our Ted and did things he has been lacking. Didn't have a meaningful shot to save but composed when was called into action.
Sorry if this offends, but I'd take him over Ted, who gives me very little confidence. He'll be tested on Tuesday so we shall see the view still stands...
