Ripped off, damaged Watch! Advice please.

Should of got a repair ticket first I did
Should of questioned why it was sent off without your permission I did
Should of checked it was working when it was returned before leaving the shop It was working but I didn't notice the winder was chanced and didn't work
Should of got a receipt. I got one when I went back the first time


If the retailer is honest they will try and sort. If they are not then got u over a barrel.
The only point you have an argument against was sending the watch away without
Your autherisation. I'd use that angle.

That is the point, he has not been honest with me and admits no wrong doing even when it is blatantly pointed out to him.

Keep copies of any letters you send him. The court will like to see evidence that you made every effort to resolve this before resorting to court action. It will help when claiming your costs. If you follow the link I first gave you can do the initial claim online.
