It's quite a good thing Palace lost but it doesn't take away any of the pain of the Albion losing imo

I don't believe that complacency was an issue at all. At the end of the day, let's face it, even Chris Hughton admitted we are going to lose a few games before the season is out.

As you say, let's just move on to next Friday, and try to beat the massive!

Sounded a nice bloke. Couldn't place his accent though - bit of Scottish, bit of Canadian, plus a fairly neutral main accent. To my cloth ears anyway!
