Try this. You need to packs of playing cards (both different colurs makes it easier to lay down and clear up) dealer has pack Red Jokers removed then pack Blue is dealt around say the 3 other players. Then dealer plays their first card down face up 5 of Clubs now whoever of those three players lays down 5 of Clubs nearby and repeat just to add a bit of spice the dealer has a prize (wrapped-up) something small choclate/car air freshner etc and the person who lays down the 5 of Clubs picks up the prize and holds until the next card is played 9 of Spades whoever has that then picks up the prize and just repeat until all cards have been dealt.
