Remember what our options were last year when Bong and Rosenior were out, I think we are well covered this time. I look forward to seeing how our Belgian International fares.

Let's all be thankful Bong is merely suffering the curse of the cards and nothing more sinister than that....

Bong may be a bit inconsistent, but as said before he's been a core part of our very successful defence. I like the way he goes forward and makes things happen. Seems to me that he is better when he plays with a winger in front of him that he feels comfortable with.

Pocognoli will now get his chance. He's a good defender, so at least we have adequate cover

Let's hope that we can keep our defence together without too many suspensions or injuries this year.

This is Poco's big chance. If he plays well in a victorious night at the Amex, the starting berth is his. Murphy has worked his way into the team - Poco can too.

If we win, keep a clean sheet and Poc even scores then I expect Bong to come straight back in.

Although I believe that Bong receives too much criticism on here I am not concerned about Pocognoli stepping in and feel that this can only be good for us to have such a replacement as opposed to last season. Whichever way it goes we are on a winner if he plays well that is a bonus and a problem for CH and if he doesnt it is not the end of the world for 1 game.
