I will have Christmas pud with dinner and mince pies later then Sherry Trifle on Boxing Day. Mother was very superstitious and said that for each different make of mince pie you got
a months good luck so I have 12 different from family home made and shop bought.

Christmas Pudding obviously but over the 3 days, as I like making puds, there will be home made jam roly poly, tirimasu and pear tart tatin.
All washed down with a nice pudding wine.

Fed up with trains. Sick of the rain.
Christmas pudding from the Harvey's shop with cream and brandy butter. Glass of Brown Bros orange and flora muscat. Will also make Gordon Ramsey's Panettone chocolate orange trifle.

This year I shall be having a go at making a cross between an Arctic Roll, a Baked Alaska and a Yule Log.

An Alaskan Yule Log if you were.
