I don't know, has anyone seen their rota for this weekend and seen how many gaps there are already? Unless you've been living under a rock since last Friday, THERE WAS NO SHORT NOTICE SICK LEAVE AND SOUTHERN HAVEN'T SAID THERE WAS!
