A MASSIVE game tonight as Barnsley take on Forest. Barnsley could even break into the top half of the table.

No lunchtime game tomorrow but dirty Leeds have a Yorkshire derby in the 5:30, whilst Huddersfield will be hoping for a morale-boosting win against Wigan on Monday night.

We stay in 2nd regardless of results but Reading, as well as Huddersfield, would expect to close the gap if we fail to win tomorrow.

Friday
Barnsley v Nottingham Forest 19:45

Saturday

Aston Villa v Cardiff City 15:00
Brentford v Birmingham City 15:00
Brighton & Hove Albion v Fulham 15:00
Derby County v Norwich City 15:00
Ipswich Town v Queens Park Rangers 15:00
Newcastle United v Blackburn Rovers 15:00
Preston North End v Burton Albion 15:00
Reading v Bristol City 15:00
Wolverhampton Wanderers v Sheffield Wednesday 15:00

Rotherham United v Leeds United 17:30

Monday
Huddersfield Town v Wigan Athletic 19:45

Another tough test for AN at Norwich. Lose this one and that will be 6 on the spin I think including the cup and 7 without a win. I think BC are a better team away from home as well. Will be interesting to see how Reading fare there but BC are not on a great run currently.!
Can see Newcastle winning again quite comfortably but the rest of the top 8 look to have tough games on paper

got a feeling Reading are gonna be dark horses

most expect them to fall away like Huddersfield

but I've got a feeling Jaap Stam could turn out to be a very good manager

Derby-Norwich, Reading-Bristol City both to draw, and a cheeky upset at Villa Park.
And, hopefully, we'll be concentrating on what we need to do.

This is the problem with SKY matches, last Friday they have a MASSIVE game on which appeals to non fans and this week a match not even Barnsley or Forest care about

I don't know

could be some miner's strikes issues there ???

Readings last four fixtures have been Burton,Wigan,Forest and Rotherham. Before these four games they were distinctly average, and I can see them returning to that kind of form.
A bit overrated in my book

Can;t see anything other than a simple Newcastle win tomorrow. Important we win to not let the gap get too big.

As I hinted: shit game for Sky to choose.

You've got to be disappointed when you bet under 2.5 goals and you've lost in the 14th minute.
