I am impressed your knowledge to the SNP extends as far as it does. Have you worked out that Scotland isn't in America yet? (It isn't, by the way - just in case you were unsure)

The Lib Dems.No decent people will vote for this collection of lying clowns any more. All things to all people,as long as Cable gets an EU job.

TIG is as relevant as WTF,even the electoral commissars have agreed. The lib-dems will get null pointes till Cable goes, and the Lucas fan club don't exist outside the south coast, they can't even agree who's boss.Who is next?Socialist Worker:)lolol:),Communist League,Friends of Pyonyang?

Sorry I thought you said they didn't exist, I didn't ask for your simpleton's critique of what each of them is about.

They don't exist as proper political parties at the moment, which, perhaps,on reflection,I might have been better saying.Always try to speak to the simplest member of the audience-saves having to explain later,as in your case.

Good grief ... a leader of a political party has zero relevance to the popularity, credibility or success of a political party and it's objectives, it's just about the'concept' summarised your absurd argument.

So you keep saying, but you've followed it up by saying that a load of people have gone towards Farage's new party and not UKIP (which, if the leader had no relevance, they would have stayed loyal to) and that proves he's relevant.

So if the leader has no impact, then how can he be relevant?

JC and 2P are total numbskulls. Worth nothing on this thread save for their comedic value.

Don't blame me for ignoring the 17.4m (well what's left), blame the odd balls in the Tory party that don't seem to want Brexit.

I'm curious, where do you think we are going to end up?

Will you be voting for the Nige in the European elections?

Anyone claiming they know or always knew how this would all turn out is talking out of the wrong orifice (see WATFORD zero) But my best guesses...

After leading in the polls despite their ongoing shambolic incompetence, the Tories support has finally collapsed, voters heading to pro-Brexit parties. That rules out an imminent GE. The only way they can regain that support is by delivering Brexit which suggests to me May will be desperate to secure a majority for a deal which strengthens Corbyn's negotiating hand making a soft customs union (ish) Brexit compromise likely. BUT Corbyn's team knows this, which is why they have no real incentive to help deliver May a Brexit compromise, plus the second referendum crew in Labour kicking off so I expect talks will conveniently fail - blaming the Tories (workers rights, Singapore, blah blah). No idea what happens after this.

Alternatively, after disastrous local and European election results, May will be forced out. The only way the Tories can gat a majority and keep their members and voters happy is by delivering Brexit minus Corbyn's help so a new Brexiteer Leader will emerge (Boris?). The parliamentary arithmetic is the same so a GE will be called fought on a 'hard/real' Brexit manifesto, a populism/patriotism on steroids campaign might win which puts big pressure on Labour to declare for Remain or Leave. Once again no idea how this would turn out.

Yes but only because the Undemocratic loon side will portray this is a mini-referendum and claim any big turn out for CUK/Lib Dems as a vote for a new referendum/revoke whereas if pro-Brexit parties do well they will ignore this result (as usual).

You're right, I'll come clean. It's just been 3 years of extremely lucky guesses and pure coincidence

I really can't see anything beyond the three options

1/ Soft Brexit with No borders and regulatory alignment

2/ No agreement and WTO

3/ Withdraw article 50

Shirley, any negotiation now will only be minor fine-tuning on one of the above

There were only ever three options

1/ Hard Border between NI and Ireland
2/ Hard Border between NI and rest of Britain and NI operates under EU rules.
3/ No Hard Border and GB operates under EU rules.

Whatever other waffle is wrapped around it those are the options. It's really not that complicated.

It's not about abandoning Brexit, It's about implementing it

Every single remainer I met in the real world, every single remainer on here, every remainer in the media predicted, nailed on that it would be a disaster and we were very unlikely to be leaving at the planned time.

Almost every leaver I have met has been utterly clueless as to what they were voting for and utterly clueless as to how this would play out.

Remainers are more intelligent and have more foresight than leavers.

To be fair guessing there were only ever three options or two options or four options including a 'soft' Brexit a 'hard' Brexit both with changing definitions or no Brexit was very impressive. Spooky ....

I bet your weather predictions are good ... tomorrow , it might rain or it might not.

I did security for the polls one year. The UKIP candidates were absolutely desperate for any vote they could get. I recall one of the toad like fatties ready to go fisticuffs with an official because he was claiming a polling card that had F***k UKIP written across it should be counted in their favour because it said UKIP.

These are the kind of idiots we are dealing with. Unfortunately there’s enough idiots in the U.K. for them to appeal to.

H'mm. According to the polls shown on here today (for example) approaching 5 million people intend to vote LibDem shortly. Writing 5m people off as not being decent human beings seems excessive.

Was the lie you referred to a reference to the (daft) tuition fee pledge in 2010, which the LibDems had to ditch in order to strike the subsequent coalition deal with the Conservative Party?

Personally I don't think the pledge was a lie according to any normal definition but if you think it was can I assume you would not, as a 'decent person', vote for a party that told lies? Lies like these for example:

"We will be able to negotiation a deal with the EU during the transition period following a no-deal exit." David Davies

"The UK will not be able to veto the entry of Turkey into the EU." Penny Mordant

"If the EU wished to reduce minimum healthcare standards we would be forced to lower ours tho match them (if we stayed in)." Theresa May
