Oh they're absolutely thick as mince. I gave up round about 3 months after the referendum result. I went through a stage of calling them a variety of names before finally deciding to give up and just ignore them.

Every last one of them........

This post has me conflicted, Whilst I agree with you, you will now be in a comfy echo chamber. This may be good for your blood pressure but not so much for constructive and reasoned bickering, squabbling and bile.

Not a drop of petulant, oversensitive, safe space echo chamber snowflakery at my end.

Ask Harry Wilson's tackle yourself, he presses view post and reads the posts he is pretending to ignore anyway,
Don’t expect an answer though whilst he is ignoring you, unless he enters clown mode.

Think you will find we think its funny as it simply means you are fed up with seeing you are wrong and incapable of debating.
You didn’t ignore me though, you kept reading my posts and even replied to some of them whilst pretending you were ignoring me. Which is sort of the opposite of ignore- and obviously a bit daft if you are pretending to ignore someone.

I am not ignoring your posts but I do find many of them generally offensive and/or repetitive. Whatever you think about Brexit, can't you make out your case without resorting to vitriol, even if you feel others are setting you a bad example? It doesn't win friends or influence people you know.......

i am not interested in winning friends amongst people that repeatedly post uninformed remainer rubbish, or refer to Leave voters as thick xenophobic little Englander racists for simply wanting to leave a political union and who want to ignore a democratic vote by trying to stop us from leaving. Hope that helps.

HWT is right! it’s truly remarkable how enervated they get when you put them on ignore. Look at that raft of hissy fits! How extraordinary.

It's almost as though we go around calling people 'pricks' we get that angry

I don't think that it was designed to benefit wealthy and influential landowners, even if that is one of the results. If it's broke, lets fix it.

I don’t disagree that it was designed to perform differently, or certainly not to the excess it is today. However, it is rare for Greenpeace and the tax payers alliance to be on the same political page, but on CAP they are.

Greenpeace chief scientist Doug Parr told BBC News: "The subsidy system is utterly broken. We need public money spent on farming to be offering demonstrable public benefits."

The Taxpayers' Alliance added: "Farmers should be put on notice. Taxpayers shouldn't be handing out what are effectively land subsidies, often to extremely wealthy individuals."

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-37493956

As a start, millionaire landowners should not get ANY money, including the Queen, it should be means tested. CAP represents 40% of the EU budget, it is huge, and it should correspondingly dominate nearly half of the debates we have on Brexit.

The rich and powerful know this arrangement is indefensible and reform needs farmers in 27 other countries to agree, it’s simply not going to happen is it, even pro EU zealot Blair tried and failed.

So in the face of industrial scale piss take of the poor, what is the socialist on the Clapham omnibus to do?

No help.
There may be 'uninformed remainer rubbish' to use your phraseology; there is also 'uniformed leaver rubbish'.

There are also people who genuinely feel that the 2016 referendum led to an uninformed response and that in the light of greater knowledge we should check what the people of this country feel we should do. Note we are asking for ratification from the people of our country, not any one else.

It is far from ideal but should be considered carefully as one possible means of shifting the toxic logjam rather than deliberately undermining democracy. The earlier one was too tarnished and uninformed and I challenge you to come up with any other idea that will bring perfectly reasonable people with conflicting views back together.....

It's hilarious! :lolol:

They're the same people who would use the term 'snowflake' yet they seem genuinely traumatised by being put on the ignore list of someone they've never met on a Brighton & Hove Albion football forum on the internet. :lolol:

(I am actually physically laughing while typing this too. :lolol:)

Well said sir. Unfortunately you are wasting your time trying to engage with the extreme blinkered undemocratic loons who frequent this thread. On a brighter note I see on the other Brexit related threads numerous remain voters acknowledging the importance of respecting first democratic principles that have been a vital pillar of sustaining our/any democracy.

Excellent, excellent. I particularly like the way you have added 'extreme blinkered' to your standard epithet. Creative stuff indeed, particularly given the fact that even according to even your favoured opinion poll there now seem to be getting on for 15 million voters to whom it applies. According to the poll I saw this week a majority of all voters, getting on for 25m people, favour a further consultation.

The surreal concept of a majority of voters being marked out as undemocratic extremists is an interesting one but you stick with it.

Sorry Belle, your A.I. Theory may be correct but who or what does it replace? If you are referring to automaton then this will maybe make product cheaper/more efficient but at what expense? Less employment? It will certainly make the top end richer at the expense of workers who ultimately become redundant. I really don't think people, not just you, I hasten to add, think things through, unless of course you think that machines etc will do all the work and those who own said machines will gladly donate profits to sustain lifestyles previously worked for? Seems like utopia to me. Look, there's another of those pesky Unicorns.
Belle might think that A I is a wonderful thing but it will cause massive change and upheaval in many industries. Once driverless cars have been sorted out you can wave goodbye to hundreds of thousands of driving jobs.

Also hundreds of thousands of supermarket jobs going once Amazon have sorted any glitches in their automated shops. The future may be bright but not for those at the bottom of the pyramid.

The Referendum did not lend its self to a first past the post decision as the question was so polarising,

The Government has failed, Politicians in general are totaly divided, there is no prospect of a resolution that will satisfy everyone in any form.

This needs to go back to the public through a people's vote with all the options on the ballot paper the vote should be proportional representation using the transferable voting system.

The problem from the start was Brexitees took no heed of Remainers views with statements like Brexit means Brexit, remain lost and they just need to get over it and calling all those with other views as Remoners, at least transferable vote would mean all views are taken into account

I was staunchly pro EU but I'm walking more and more towards the fence recently, I think joining EFTA would be a good compromise.
We just need this sorted out soon.

What has that question got to do with my post pointing out that user firstly posted a load of gibberish to try and debunk the figures around the % of Labour MPs and secondly posted a meme trying to prove we should re-do the referendum, that he didn’t understand the context of the cherry picked words from or the date when it was said.
Sod all, go and be irrelevantly argumentative with someone else

You quoted David Davis, it was relevant to those words. The ones you quoted, so relevant to tour post, have a hat:dunce:
