It seems to me that the number of leavers focusing on immigration issues is directly and inversely proportional to the chances of Brexit actually happening.

I'm sure that pasta has always told me it was all about parliamentary sovereignty ???

Hold on. Not long ago they were on here claiming that immigration was not one of their main issues.

I’ve heard it all today remain LBC at its finest. Hysterical remainers calling in their droves anyone would think the EU are paying their mortgage the way this lot were carrying on.
reality dawning on them that despite their arrogance we're leaving the EU

So just to clarify, on one hand we have the following organisations stating there is a real chance of a 'no deal' situation :

UK Government
Some UK MPs
The EU
The CBI
British Chambers of Commerce
Confederation of British Industry
EEF
Federation of Small Businesses
Institute of Directors
The BoE

And that list isn't exhaustive.

And then on the other hand we have some retired bloke on an internet football chat forum saying 'no deal' just isn't a possibility ....... despite BILLIONS being spent on the chance it is ?

Hmmmm ........ difficult one to know who to believe here ...... really, really difficult

time to ditch that bit of tat he keeps on staring into , what do you reckon ???

Gods country fortnightly
The Times is reporting this morning that reforms to Social Care, among other policies, are being shelved to prepare for no deal. The DHSC have already diverted staff apparently.

Great.

The whole budget will go out the window, wait for our credit downgrade. The disaster economists are circling like vultures.

Brexit: EU reveals no-deal plans

The European Commission says it has started to implement its preparations for a no-deal Brexit - in case the UK crashes out of the EU without a plan.
It has announced temporary measures to try to reduce the impact, but says it cannot counter all the problems it expects.

The commission's 14 measures cover legislation that will aim to ensure some continuity.

They address eight sectors, taking in issues such as transport and customs, data protection, animal health and plants, climate policy and key financial products.

Among other things, the measures would temporarily allow:

British airlines to operate flights into and out of the EU - but not within it
Hauliers to carry freight by road into the EU for a nine-month period without having to apply for permits
UK financial services regulations - in a limited number of areas - to be recognised as equivalent to the EU's for one or two years

...................

Visas will not be required for UK citizens to spend short periods in EU countries, the commission said.

For stays of over 90 days, a residence permit or a long-stay visa will be required.

Member states have been told to take all necessary legislative and administrative measures so that temporary residence documents can be issued by the withdrawal date.

UK citizens who have lived in an EU state for a period of more than five years must be granted, subject to certain conditions, long-term resident status, the commission said.

Just read that - I'm sure Watford Knows Zero will be along soon to explain why member states are putting so much time, effort and money into something that can't possibly happen. Maybe next week they will invest in mitgation of the moon crashing into the Earth.

It's so nice of Kim to be arrogant enough to believe she knows what's best for the country and it's citizens. Normal Twatter rubbish.

Are you saying she isn't entitled to an opinion? How many opinions would you like to close down as being arrogant?
FYI, if Twitter offends you so much, put me on ignore, as I like to quote other people's opinions as well as my own, especially when I agree with them.

Because you can never really over-estimate how stupid Britain is?

Oh look there are some of those 'temporary emergency measures' I predicted being put in place if no deal occurred ...
