In true internet style, I searched for more on Munchie Boxes. I've since progressed through Reddit, Hiffiongton post and the Texas State Fair messageboards. There is a lot of stuff available that I can barely comprehend.

'Garbage Plates' - the equivalent of the munchie box.

Anyone converted after trying it? It's not too bready.....smother it with loads of butter ( please only try this if your diet allows, I am thin as a stick insect)

Thin people get clogged arteries and suffer heart attacks too. It's not just quantity but quality of food. Many a stick insect has suffered coronary disease and been left puzzled.
