The tea should be better if it's the Chinese.

It does all seem a bit underhand - the much trumpeted 1901 club actually doesn't provide that much more than a regular seat - yes it is in a nice position - yes you can loaf around the over-priced bar at half-time - and spend more money waiting an hour for a car park to clear that you couldn't otherwise get out of. But the gradual reduction of benefits - no friendlies / no free tea etc etc + price rises every year in future does seem to suggest contempt for the idiots who are stupid enough to pay for the "extra special treatment". I remember hearing last year how Leicester City were really getting this right - providing free beers (was it ??), free burgers, and lots of other added extras - to EVERY fan in a season when they were full anyway, and winning the League. That for me is smart customer service - looking after your loyal fans when they are happy anyway...... Brighton and overpaid PB please take note - and be careful when you want the fans on your side.
