It all happened when Brighton fans rocked Malcolm McDonald's car I was to young to go to the game but it was covered by the Argus this started bad feeling between the two sets of fans.

for people like me who are into 'stadium porn' you're in for a treat- mainly for the unique entrance to the away end where you pretty much go through someones house

It may well be a "orrible place" and the Amex/Sky Sports generation will call Kenilworth Road a shit ol, however for old boys like me and for most with nostalgic memories of the Goldstone it's one of the last remaining 'real' grounds.

May not be there for much longer - if the 'Power Court' plans come to fruition. For a change it's right in the town centre, which if any towns needs a new ground in the centre, its them! It would be on the left of the train line as you come into Luton station from the south. Great for pubs etc..

I train in Luton, so I know a few decent blokes who are Luton fans..every clubs has it's idiots.

Weren't they the club that beat up York City fans and players in the ground just because they had the audacity to play better and win in the play-off semi-finals? ???

Some advice for those attending the Stevenage game do not park in Roaring Meg Retail Park opposite the ground. The parking for football supporters in in Fairlands opposite the ground {north end} and is free. If you risk the retail park you also risk being clamped.

I'm giving all the friendlies a miss this year for the first time in 40 years. V disappointed by the lack of signings, in particular the long awaited permanent striker.

1 fit CD who is the subject of bids. Not looking to clever in that position is it. Maybe this will be the new LB problem

How far away from fitness are Goldson and Hunemier and also Ben Hall played a number of Scottish Prem games so isnt a complete novice although only 19.
Hunemeier will miss the first 'few' weeks of the season. No scheduled return date yet.

Goldson will have a lot to do to get his fitness up to the required level for the Derby match even were he back today ( which he isn't ).

Watch Nathan's team turn us over. It won't matter of course because pre season means nothing as does not having a full squad in place two weeks before the season starts.

It wasn't helped by Paul Clark shattering their star player Lil Fuccilo's leg.

That was the worst injury I have ever witnessed live, you could hear his leg snap all around the ground. Grim

Did not having a full squad in place last season at this time last year make the slightest bit of difference ?
(we made 5 more signings after about this date in 15/16)
