Thumbs up for Hawkwind

First Band I ever saw live - Worthing Assembly Hall (Monday 24 February 1975)!

The Space Ritual remains my favourite live album of all time.

Wasn't "Talk Show Host" by Radiohead a B side? I know it got released by the NME on cassette at some point as I had one.

Oasis - Lets all make believe.

Oasis have written a lot of excellent b-sides(the masterplan is an album that many bands would kill to have as their best hits). This isn't actually my favourite b-side of theirs but it is one of them. I'm a big fan of Liam's, keening, earnest, honest vocal in it-one of his best IMO.

Pearl Jam - Yellow Ledbetter b-side to Jeremy. Footsteps also a b-side on that single and also another terrific song.

Pixies had some good ones. Notably this beauty which, if memory serves me well (which it often doesn't) they opened their gig at the Top Rank in 1989 when I was supposed to be getting an early night before my chemistry A Level https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bToet4R7Hec

Rubber Ring segueing into Asleep on b side of The Boy With the Thorn In His Side 12'' always comes to mind.
Masterful.
