Bobby Zamora set a new mark in goalscoring longevity for Albion today.
But there is nothing wrong with this 35-year-old legs as he sprinted almost the length of the field to get his goal.
Zamora opened the scoring in his side’s welcome 2-1 win home win over Huddersfield.
The goal came 5,824 days after his first for the club – setting a new record of its type for the Seagulls.

In a clip tweeted by Channel 5 tonight, Zamora can be seen getting his head to a Huddersfield corner his side did not defend particularly well. They then launched a counter raid through Beram Kayal and Anthony Knockaert while Zamora made tracks.
And the veteran striker rounded it off in style with a superb one-touch left-foot finish just before Knockaert’s ball across to him hit the ground.
The only detail the clip does not show is how Huddersfield’s corner came about.
Connor Goldson put the ball behind with an excellent interception of a dangerous looking cross.
But not even he could not have imagined what would follow.
