'My family drowned': Syrian refugee on terrible cost of fleeing IS

Seven children and their mother died when a boat carrying them capsized.

The eldest child was nine and the youngest 20 days old.

And why exactly are these irresponsible fools continuing to have kids when there's been a civil war raging in their country for five years? I feel sorry for the kids, but the parents are idiots.

Moreover , why would you risk the life's of your children and especially a 20 day old baby on a potentially dangerous sea crossing?
