Jamie Murphy is happy to win at home and draw away.
But the Albion winger admits his first-half goal against MK Dons should not have been all that stood between the teams.
The Seagulls followed draws at Reading and Sheffield Wednesday with a 2-1 home success.
Murphy told The Argus: “You want to win your home games, it doesn’t matter who it is against.
“We had two tough away games and took a point from both.

“That was all right as long as we won at home so it was a big win."The draws were against good sides away from home but they don't mean anything if you don't win at home.
"Reading and Sheffield Wedneasday are good sides. Teams will go there and struggle to get points."
Murphy admitted Albion should have scored more than twice.
He added:*“It should have been more, especially in the first half.
“There were a couple of chances and we could have gone further ahead but that’s football.
“They got the goal back and it felt as if it was out of nothing.
“Obviously it was a good goal and that brings them right back into it again and makes it a bit harder.”
