They must be just about the only team not to qualify for Euro 2016. It's easier to get knocked out the Europa League.

Why give them a break? Scotland have been absolutely shithouse for years. Hence they were one of the tier 4 teams, all groups will end up hard for them the whole time they are ranked that low. If anyone deserves to be given a break in that group it is Ireland, who have consistently been there or thereabouts and still ended up in a group with Germany, Poland and Scotland lolol.
