Are you breaking your pitch fee agreement by sub letting? It's not like renting a room or a house, did you use a 6 month agreement such as you would use for a house or flat. You probably need squatting legislation to get him out quickly or the small claims court , so when he doesn't pay at least you will know come the time the park closes, that he will have a court order against his name.

The GM is/was happy with it. Used a standard holiday rental form with extended date.

He's squatting then. Remove the gas electricity and water, depending how these are supplied.

Screw the door shut, hitch it up to a land rover, tow it to beachy head and chuck it off, claim on the insurance.

this may not be the wisest advice but by god it will be satisfying.
