Will not be without a job for long if he decides to jump back in.
Lower PL or Championship is his level.
Would suit us down to the ground.

Hughton won't leave, Brighton has so much potential, great ground / training facilities, good fan base and moving up. Why risk that on a club in the premiership on the downward spiral, he won't be getting the Liverpool or Chelsea (maybe) jobs after all so why would you go to Sunderland or Newcastle (maybe)

That's where his last job started - only took him a year to get promoted out of it too.

People attention seek for a number of reasons. They may not have a very good family or social network and feel lonely. They may be in emotional distress but don't know how to ask for help, they may also feel that if they ask for help they'll be rejected so they try to get the person their seeking attention from to come to them. People that attention seek are often unhappy and suffer from low self esteem.
