Brighton & Hove Albion boss Chris Hughton said it was a case of mixed feelings as his side dominated proceedings at Molineux, but ultimately were frustrated by Wolves, who played most of the second half with ten men.
Conor Coady was sent off for a high tackle on Liam Rosenior shortly after half-time; and to add to Hughton's frustration, Tomer Hemed saw a first-half penalty saved by home keeper Emiliano Martinez.
Despite an air of frustration, the Seagulls manager was pleased with his side's application, and said, "We're delighted to keep the run going, but frustrated as we had a chance to take all three points.
"At that stage of the game would we rather play against ten men? Yes we would, but then we knew they were going to put two banks of four together, sit back and make it difficult to break them down.
"We have all seen and been involved in games where our team has gone down to ten men and you are hanging in there for a draw.
"Credit to Wolves they did that well, but I thought we got into enough good areas, especially down the flanks, and we had enough possession to create a little bit more ourselves; and we didn’t work their keeper enough.
"Perhaps, under normal circumstances, you come here against a good side, with a lot of pace and power in the team, and a draw is a good result, but the way the game went and with them going down to ten men, we are a little bit frustrated."

Hughton felt the referee got both key decisions right, with the penalty and red card, but also said he has no cause for complaint after Hemed's unsuccessful kick.
"You always want to put yourself in the position where you can get penalties and we found that very difficult last season.
"Tomer has already scored one for us and all you can ask him to is do what he does best, but the keeper made a fabulous save. All he has to do is makes sure he dusts himself down and look forward to the next one.
"As for the red card, showed his studs and had his foot off the ground, and the referee had a very good view of it.
“Was it dangerous play? Yes it was, but it's down to the referee to deem how dangerous and whether it's a red card."
Hughton confirmed that Sam Baldock missed the game as a precaution after suffering a head injury against Rotherham and that Uwe Huenemeier was not risked due to a slight hip injury, but that both should be available for the trip to Bolton next Saturday.
Hemed was replaced at half time against Wolves due to a tight hamstring, but he too should be ready for next weekend.
