Leicester fans didn't think much of him. I'm sure the same with most Prem clubs.
Aren't we trying to get into the Prem? so why buy players with no Prem potential? It would be slightly negative signing players we know aren't good enough for the standard we're building for. Ulloa has proven he's not good enough for the Prem and at 29, he's not getting any better.

Is this some kind of joke? Last year McCormack 17 league goals, and he scored 28 the year before. Leo scored 11 in the PL. If you think we've got better than that, you must think we're going to walk this league.

I think you would have to qualify what you mean by better, but if you are talking pure numbers of goals, you are wrong about Baldock, and I think you will be proven wrong about Hemed, but too early to say for certain. Personally I would rather have Baldock in our side than McCormack, but more for his assists and all round play than his goals.
