One man's over cooked is another man's perfectly cooked. The chips are great IMHO and remind me of the home made chips my father used to make when I was a kid.

Yeah, they use muffins for the bun. The burgers are very juicy and the muffin works well because of this.
I can a sure you they're lovely and crunchy albeit well fried.
