I bet Lansbury is on more than that, so why would they want to sell, to enable them to buy and WEAKEN their squad.

Makes no sense to me. Ben Marshall seems like a much more logical target.

If Blackburn sell Rhodes and Gestede then Ben Marshall's agent should be shot if the player ends up staying at the club. Marshall's stock is hardly likely to rise any higher without those two to get on the end of his crosses and through-balls. I'm sure he'll be off, it's just a question of where.

Lansbury has an escape clause of £3m.
Burnley have bid this but Forest confirmed escape clause is for Premiership clubs only so turned the offer down.

Antonio is being chased by Premiership (WBA) so no chance there.

In our position I would look at Lewis McGuggan a similar type player but not as good or probably as expensive.

McGuggan is a good shout. Probably still out of our price range though.
