Dunk was great until he lost his International mentor of a Finnish manager, i.e till Christmas. Without Hyypia around, his game fell apart and he contributed to several goals against instead, whilst developing the turning circle of a tanker. You'll never win POTS based on a few months up till Christmas if your form then drops dramatically. Calde was consistent throughout with an upturn towards the end including crucial goals that may have kept us up. Add in his undoubted popularity with the fans, his community work, his obvious help and support to Jones for his couple of games in charge, plus the element of sending a message to the club that many want him to get another year, and you only have one winner. Greer says little and probably should have kept his mouth shut this time too.
